George Wilson from the newest Great Gatsby movie. This is the scene where he finds out that Myrtle is having an affair. You can see the sadness in his eyes. In the book it talks about how it literally made him sick.

Basically it is saying that his wife has the control in the relationship. -TJ George is a middle to lower class man, and his wife feels like she is always above his level -SB

Wilson is very emotionally torn after the loss of Myrtle. He repeatedly cry out "Oh God," and almost collapses in from of Tom. He doesn't take the loss easy whatsoever. -SB
'"I've got my wife locked in up there"' (Pg. 136). He is fearful that his wife wouldn't want to go away with him and that she would go to her secret lover. -CM
He was a blond, spiritless man, anaemic, and faintly handsome. -CI
George is Myrtle's husband. They live in the Valley of Ashes. He repairs cars. -TJ
